No matter what size your meeting, at Logical Venue Solutions we can locate and book the appropriate venue, free of charge. This can range from a small interview room for 10 people to a large auditorium for 600 people attending your AGM. Whether its rooms for sales meetings, workshops, training events, UK seminars, or simple one-on-one interview rooms, Logical Venue Solutions can cater for all your meeting requirements.
We will ask you to provide us with the general requirements for the meeting such as number of attendees, layout, equipment requirements, need for syndicate rooms, etc. Depending on where your delegates are travelling from we will find the most accessible venue. With that information we will then identify and reserve the best on your behalf and forward the options to you for your final selection. And, of course, if the meeting is for more than a day we will also book the evening meal and overnight accommodation for you. Before the event we will liaise with you to obtain details for the day such as lunch and break times, leaving you to concentrate on a successful meeting.
